Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for services

Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

Make payments according to agreed terms

Provide necessary access to accounts and platforms

Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement

Late payments may incur additional fees

Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, CLICK2CLIENT retains rights to:

General methodologies and know-how

Tools and templates used in service delivery

Use completed work in portfolios and case studies

Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

Deliver services according to agreed timelines

Provide regular progress updates

Respond to communications within 1-2 business days

Maintain confidentiality of your business information

Limitation of Liability

CLICK2CLIENT's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

30 days notice for ongoing service agreements

Immediate termination for breach of contract

Upon completion of project-based work

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CLICK2CLIENT operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
